Return Policy

At Techvolt, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, your item must be:

• Unused and in the same condition you received it
• In its original packaging
• Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Items marked as final sale
• Products damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear
• Gift cards

3. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, contact us at [gabbourbo@gmail.com] with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with return instructions and, if applicable, a return shipping address.

4. Return Shipping Costs

• If the return is due to a defective or incorrect item, Techvolt will cover the return shipping cost.
• If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

6. Exchanges

If you'd like a different variant or product, the fastest way is to return the original item and place a new order once your return is approved.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
